She works in the Notarial department assisting clients in corporate matters. Her regular practice includes drafting notarial certificates in general, certified copies of documents, powers of attorney, notarial records, etc.. She provides advice and actively participates in notarial matters concerning companies, such as incorporations, dissolutions, amendments and liquidation of companies.
