Professional experience
Mr. Germán Vecino and Mr. Ignacio de Posadas were the pioneers in turning the firm into a multidisciplinary organization, an innovative and cutting-edge experience at the time.
Throughout his professional career, he specialized in Corporate Law, participating and advising local, regional, and international clients regarding mergers, acquisitions, structuring, and new investment projects.
Between 1995 and 1998, he was Director of Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Uruguay S.A. He was also Director of the Legal Services Division of Universidad de la República.
He was a member of the Board of Directors of the Uruguayan-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the French Chamber of Commerce of Montevideo.
