He works in the Corporate Law Department, assisting clients in mergers and acquisitions, banking, finance, and foreign investment matters.
His regular practice includes advising domestic and foreign companies, as well as international banks, on commercial and financial transactions, including due diligence processes and the negotiation and drafting of civil law and commercial contracts, such as financing agreements, guarantees, leases, and purchase and sale contracts, among others.
