She works in the area of Corporate Law, where she specializes in mergers and acquisitions, banking and financial law, securities market and foreign investment.
Among her usual practices are advising national and foreign companies and banking institutions in financial and commercial operations, including the sale of shares, shareholder agreements, loans, project financing and commercial contracts in general.
During 2016 and 2017 she worked at the firm Pinheiro Neto Advogados, in the city of San Pablo, where she specialized in the area of mergers and acquisitions.
