His practice focuses on the structuring of real estate projects, trusts, and complex commercial transactions. As part of his regular work, he advises domestic and international clients and companies on a wide range of complex notarial matters, particularly in rural property acquisitions and sales, debt restructurings, estate and succession planning, and commercial contracts, with an emphasis on corporate matters and the acquisition and sale of companies.
He has participated as a Mentor in the Notarial Mentoring Program of the Association of Notaries Public of Uruguay, of which he is an active member, since its first edition in 2021, and also in 2022 and 2023. Through this program, mentors support and guide newly qualified notaries as they begin their professional careers.
