He integrates the Notarial and Real Estate Department of the Firm. He advises clients on all notarial and real estate matters, with a practice focused on the structuring of real estate deals, trusts, restructuring of liabilities involving real and personal guarantees, and contracts concerning commercial and corporate law matters.
He has advised local and international clients and companies on various notarial matters and on relevant deals in commercial and real estate areas. His practice includes complex sales and acquisitions operations of goods and companies, as well as real estate consulting, asset planning and notarial advice in general.
Likewise, he has played a Mentor role in the first phase of the Notarial Mentoring program of the Notarial Association of Uruguay (2021).
Education:
- Notary Public – Republic University.
- Specialization in Contract Law at the Catholic University of Uruguay.

- Spanish and English.
