She works in the Corporate Law Department. Her regular practice includes advising companies across various industries and banking institutions. She regularly participates in the preparation of legal reports and memoranda on Uruguayan law applicable to clients’ activities, as well as in the drafting of contracts, legal opinions, and documentation related to the sale and/or acquisition of companies.
In recent years, she has provided comprehensive legal advice to leading global forestry companies operating in Uruguay.
