Our team

She works in the Corporate Law and Antintrust and Competition Law Departments. Her regular practice includes advising domestic and foreign clients in due diligence processes and corporate acquisitions, financing transactions, and the negotiation and drafting of civil and commercial contracts.

She also provides regular advice on merger control and competition law matters, assisting clients in economic concentration filings before the relevant authorities, as well as in investigations involving anticompetitive practices, abuse of dominant position, and cartels.

In the academic field, she serves as an Honorary Professor of Antitrust and Competition Law at the School of Law of Universidad Católica del Uruguay.
