She works in the Corporate and Antitrust Law department.
Her regular practice includes advising domestic and foreign clients during due diligence processes and acquisition of companies, financing and negotiation and drafting of commercial and civil law contracts in general.
She regularly advises clients on merger control and antitrust matters, providing support both in the process of requesting economic authorization before the competent authorities and in investigations for anticompetitive practices, abuse of dominant position and cartels.
