She works in the Commercial and Company Law department advising companies operating under the free trade zone framework. She takes part in business matters on a regular basis, such as corporate structuring and management, company reorganization, conflict resolution, due diligence processes, mergers and acquisitions, stock purchase agreements, drafting contracts, among others.
