She works in the Corporate and Banking Law Department, specializing in banking and finance law, mergers and acquisitions, energy and natural resources law, and foreign investment.
Her regular practice includes advising domestic and international companies, banks, and multilateral credit organizations on domestic and cross-border banking and capital markets transactions.
She has participated in a large number of commercial and financial transactions, representing
international banks, multilateral institutions, and developers in some of the most significant industrial infrastructure and renewable energy projects carried out in Uruguay.
She also has extensive experience in environmental and regulatory matters.
In 2018, she worked as a Foreign Associate at Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal in Buenos Aires, in the Banking Department.
In the academic field, she teaches the Project Finance course at Universidad de Montevideo, and also teaches Commercial Law at Universidad Católica del Uruguay.
