Mr. Ferreira currently works in the Area of Commercial and Corporate Law counseling on real estate structures, corporate conflicts, wealth planning, tax law, mergers and acquisitions, project financing and foreign investment.
As part of his practice he is usually involved in drafting agreements, preparing corporate operations and structures and negotiating agreements.
