Our team

He currently works in the Corporate Department of the Firm, with an emphasis on real estate and project development. He has extensive experience advising on real estate business structuring, estate planning, tax law, mergers and acquisitions, project financing, and foreign investment, with a particular focus on the structuring of trusts for the development of a wide range of projects.

His regular practice includes drafting of contracts, corporate transactions and documentation, creation of trusts, and negotiation of agreements in general.
