Senior Lawyer, currently works in the area of Corporate Law focused on the international market, with more than 10 years of corporate experience advising clients mainly in the financial market. In recent years, she has assisted clients in Argentina and Brazil in matters of inheritance planning through the incorporation of different international structures (such as Foundations, Trusts and Business Companies), preparation of wills and advice on probate processes in different jurisdictions. from abroad (such as the Bahamas and British Virgin Islands). She also provides legal services in matters related to the design of fiscally efficient structures for clients.
