Professional experience
She leads the Labor Law Department and co-leads the Payroll Department of the Firm. Her regular practice involves comprehensive client advisory, providing preventive labor law counseling, assisting in collective bargaining, and representing clients in administrative and judicial proceedings.
Her experience includes working with clients across a wide range of industries, both domestic and international.
She has been recognized by Chambers & Partners Latin America as an Associate to Watch and by The Legal 500 as a Rising Star for her professional practice.
In the academic field, she serves as a Teaching Assistant in Labor and Social Security Law I and II at Universidad de la República, and actively contributes to media outlets and academic forums, publishing articles and reports on labor law and related current topics. She is also a member of the academic research group La Ventana and of the Uruguayan Association of Labor and Social Security Law.
