He works in the Accounting & Tax Department of the Firm, advising companies with domestic, regional, and international operations. He has extensive experience in this area, providing professional services since 2002. Since then, he has been actively involved in the establishment and start-up of foreign companies in Uruguay, as well as in major domestic projects.
His regular practice includes the provision of the following services:
• Tax advisory services, including tax planning, international tax treaties, transfer pricing, investment projects, and due diligence.
• Transfer pricing analysis and management of related compliance obligations.
• Accounting, business management, and corporate structuring advisory.
• Supervision of Financial Statements prepared in accordance with IFRS.
He has also participated as a speaker at training events in accounting, tax, and corporate matters, and has served as a mentor for entrepreneurs under a program of the Office of the President of Uruguay.
He holds an Advanced Professional Certificate in International Taxation issued by the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation (IBFD).
