Professional experience
She works in the Corporate Law Department, advising companies on a wide range of commercial matters, including structuring and incorporation of new entities, corporate governance of domestic and foreign companies, corporate and asset reorganizations, shareholders’ agreements, resolution of corporate disputes, due diligence processes, mergers and acquisitions, share purchase transactions, and the drafting of commercial contracts, among other matters.
In the academic field, between 2018 and 2022 she served as a Teaching Assistant Candidate in the Commercial Law I and II courses at the School of Law, Universidad de la República.
