Mr. Cuenca works in the Tax and Accounting Department where he advises clients in local, regional and international accounting and tax matters.
His routine practice involves the preparation of financial reporting, accounting and tax consulting, international tax planning and advising on the startup of various foreign companies that have settled in Uruguay.
He has wide experience in relevant Private Equity projects and in important merger and acquisition processes, participating in some of the major transactions that have taken place in our country.
Education:
- Chartered Accountant – Universidad de la República.
- IFRS certificate from de Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Languages:
- Spanish, English and Portuguese.

- Uruguayan Association of Chartered Accountants, Administrators and Economists.
