He works in the Corporate Law department.

His regular practice includes advising companies in various industries, participating in the drafting of contracts, preparing reports on Uruguayan law, providing legal opinions, documents related to the sale and/or acquisition of companies, and advising on various commercial transactions, including financing projects.

Lately, he has been providing comprehensive legal advice to leading global companies in the forestry sector operating in Uruguay, as well as advising on the financing of public-private partnership projects.
