He works in the Corporate and Banking Law Department, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, banking law, and fintech.
His regular practice includes advising domestic and foreign companies as well as banking institutions on financial and commercial transactions, including share purchase transactions, financing operations, and regulatory matters, with a particular focus on capital markets and fintech.
Between 2014 and 2016, he worked at Machado Meyer Sendacz e Opice Advogados in São Paulo, where he specialized in infrastructure and M&A.
He currently serves as Treasurer of the Young Lawyers Committee of the International Bar Association (IBA).
He has been recognized by leading international publications such as Chambers & Partners for his work in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and banking and finance law.
He previously served as a Teaching Assistant Candidate in Commercial Law at Universidad de Montevideo.
He is the author of several articles in his field and a frequent speaker at conferences in Uruguay and abroad.
