Our team

Mr. Gamarra is the Partner responsible for the Public Law area of the firm. He specializes in advising on regulatory matters in various sectors of activity (food, electrical, pharmaceutical and telecommunications industries, among others), as well as in administrative contracting procedures and in Public Law litigation. He also works in the area of Corporate Law, advising on merger and acquisition processes of companies, on antitrust matters and on project financing.

As an academic, he is the Director of Public Law, and professor of Constitutional Law at Universidad Católica del Uruguay.
