He works in the Accounting & Tax Department of the Firm, advising companies pursuing national, regional and international activities.
He has vast experience in such matters and has been working in these areas since 2002. From the year 2002 he has actively participated in the set up and launching of several foreign companies in Uruguay as well as in relevant national projects.
His regular practice includes, among other services:
- Tax consultancy: tax planning, international agreements, transfer pricing, investment projects and due diligence.
- Transfer Pricing analysis and management of obligations.
- Accounting advice – business management and corporate structuring.
- Supervision and preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
He has participated as lecturer in several training events regarding accounting, tax and corporate matters and has collaborated as business management mentor in the program promoted by the Presidency of Uruguay.
IBFD (International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation) Advanced Professional Certificate in International Taxation.
