General objectives

A vocation to serve our clients: we place clients at the center of our efforts, carefully responding to their requests and anticipating their needs. We promote professional relationships based on solid, long-lasting, personal ties in an environment of closeness, based on mutual trust.

Results: we seek to achieve results that benefit our clients, our partners and the members of the staff.

Ongoing development of our people: we promote professional and personal growth among PPV members, with the aim of ensuring competence, satisfaction and motivation among our human capital. Our members are encouraged to reach a healthy balance between work and personal and family life, and we ensure that work is carried out in a congenial environment, where connections among firm members are based on trust, respect and empathy.

Relationship with suppliers and interested parties: we establish long term relationships based on trust with our suppliers, ensuring the quality of services. In the same manner we relate with the rest of interested parties for the Firm.

Compliance: the Firm strictly complies with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements, and also ensures due client knowledge.

Corporate Social Responsibility: we work in a culture of social responsibility that considers the welfare and care of the community, the environment, and contributes to the development of Uruguayan society. In this sense we view the Firm as a significant asset in the social fabric.

Quality Management System: we promote continuous improvement in our organization in the development of the Quality Management System.

Certification

For the first time, in September 2016, the Quality Management System Posadas was certified ISO 9001:2008 standard. The Firm’s System has been certified by the international certifiers LSQA, Quality Austria and IQNet.

Such an achievement has come as a result of our permanent quest for client satisfaction and continuous improvement of our services.

Within our certified procedures, the main areas of practice are included: legal, accounting and notarial, with the largest number of processes in the ISO 9001 Standard in our area.

The certification of our Integrated Quality System was renewed on December 2022, to the 2015 version of the ISO 9001 norm.
