Posadas has helped Uruguayan real estate developers La Buonora & Asociados Desarrollos (LBD) and Direma structure a luxury property project in Montevideo.
LBD and Direma set up the project through a trust called Calla Torre I.
The deal, which was announced on 5 June, involves the acquisition of a plot of land and a financing structure.
The business partners will develop a residential, office and commercial project consisting of six towers, located near the Carrasco International Airport in Montevideo. It will consist of six 18-floor towers, including a total of 110 apartments.
