Her practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, advising companies on a broad range of commercial matters, including the structuring and incorporation of new companies, the administration of domestic and foreign companies, corporate reorganizations, shareholders’ agreements, the resolution of corporate disputes, due diligence processes, mergers and acquisitions, share purchase transactions, and the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements.
