He is part of the Labor and Social Security Law Department.
He participates in the preparation of reports, protocols, agreements, and other documents related to client needs, and is actively involved in the comprehensive management of judicial and administrative proceedings.
He has experience advising large, medium, and small companies, participating in the day-to-day operations of employer-employee relations, as well as in the management of judicial and administrative proceedings, providing technical support to clients at all stages. He has also participated in complex litigation, providing comprehensive and strategic advice, and has assisted companies in M&A processes through the preparation of risk reports focused on labor aspects.
