Our team

He is a member of the Corporate Law Department, with a primary focus on Antitrust and Competition Law, Projects and Energy, and Banking and Finance Law. His practice includes advising domestic and international companies on project development, as well as financial and commercial transactions for banking institutions. He has extensive experience in share purchase transactions, mergers and acquisitions, shareholders’ agreements, loan transactions, infrastructure projects, and commercial contracts, as well as in banking and financial regulatory matters.

In the area of Antirust and Competition Law, he regularly advises companies on merger control filings and cases involving anticompetitive practices.

In 2022, he worked at the Madrid office of Linklaters, where he focused on Corporate and Finance Law as well as Capital Markets.

In the academic field, he serves as a Professor of Comparative Justice Systems at Universidad Católica del Uruguay, School of Law, and as a contributor to the Civil Law Doctrine and Case Law Journal (Revista de Doctrina y Jurisprudencia de Derecho Civil).
