Professional experience
She works in the Corporate Law Department of the Firm, assisting clients in mergers and acquisitions, banking, finance, and foreign investment matters.
Her regular practice includes participation in due diligence processes and corporate acquisitions, as well as advising domestic and foreign companies on financial and commercial transactions, including financing arrangements, security interests, and the negotiation and drafting of a wide range of commercial agreements, such as lease, sale and purchase, and distribution contracts, among others.

- Co-author of the article “El agente en los créditos sindicados: lineamientos para una reforma pendiente” (The Agent in Syndicated Loans: Guidelines for a Pending Reform), awarded First Prize in the 2025 Legal Monograph Competition organized by the Latin American Committee on Financial Law (COLADE) of the Latin American Federation of Banks (FELABAN).
