She works in the Labor Law and Social Security Department, in the area of Labor Law, focusing on labor litigation and conflict prevention. Her practice includes the preparation of reports and memoranda on topics related to her area of expertise as applied to our clients’ activities, as well as drafting contracts, protocols, internal regulations for companies, and related documents. In addition, she has experience in business decentralization and outsourcing processes and has actively participated in individual and collective bargaining processes, as well as in highly complex lawsuits, providing advice and assistance in various administrative and judicial instances
