Head of the Taxation and Accounting department of the Firm. As such, in the course of his professional career he has advised many foreign companies in the startup of their Uruguayan operations. He has been in charge of the fiscal aspects of major merger and acquisition processes, leading a significant number of the larger scale operations that have taken place in our country.
Mr. González has vast experience in international tax planning, and in the restructuring of multinational companies.
He is a member of the Board of Directors of Fundación Teletón, as Treasurer. From 2005 to 2017 he has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Uruguayan Institute of Tax Studies (IUET).
