Her practice focuses on corporate law, advising companies on a broad range of commercial matters, including the structuring and incorporation of new companies, the ongoing administration of domestic and foreign companies, corporate reorganizations and restructurings, shareholders’ agreements, the resolution of corporate disputes, due diligence processes, mergers and acquisitions, share purchase transactions, and the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements.

She also has experience in the agribusiness sector, advising clients on obtaining authorizations from the Ministry of Livestock, Agriculture and Fisheries and on the drafting of agricultural agreements, assisting them in meeting the applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
