He works in the firm’s Corporate Law department, advising companies on business matters, such as structuring and creation of new companies, management of domestic and foreign companies, equity restructuring, reorganization of companies, shareholders’ agreements, resolution of corporate conflicts, due diligence processes, mergers and acquisitions, stock purchase agreements, drafting contracts, among others.
