Professional experience
He works in the Corporate Law Department, assisting clients in mergers and acquisitions, banking, finance, and foreign investment matters.
His regular practice includes advising domestic and foreign companies, as well as international banks, on commercial and financial transactions, including due diligence processes and the negotiation and drafting of civil law and commercial contracts.
In 2023, he worked at Lefosse Advogados in São Paulo, Foreign Lawyer where he focused on Mergers & Acquisitions.
Over the past five years, he has been actively involved in several of the most significant project financings for wind farms, solar power plants, and industrial infrastructure projects carried out in Uruguay.
